This is one way of eating a nutritious breakfast when you on holiday. It's cheap and quick to make. We were in Noosa and I managed to find berries and mangoes (my favourite fruit) at the supermarket and an organic store that sells paleo muesli. I was a very happy person :)
Yogurt (delicious with coconut yogurt too)
Paleo Muesli (this mix included coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, almonds, gf oats)
In a bowl add some yogurt, then add your muesli (can include any nuts and seeds)
Cut up some fruit, its delicious with blueberries and mangoes.
If you want some more sweetness, you can add some honey.
